BIOGRAPHY

My name is Chelsea and I started my health journey about 10 years ago. I was 100 lbs overweight and was on medications for back pain, anxiety, insomnia, and high blood pressure. I had no energy, was always in pain, and depressed. I decided I wanted to start making changes. I started doing a dance class which I loved because I hated working out and I didn't feel like I was working out when I was dancing. I started adding in a weight lifting class which made me feel stronger and more confident. I ended up watching one of those health documentaries which really opened my eyes to start making changes in my diet. Once I incorporated exercise AND nutrition is when I really started to feel and see a difference. I felt less pain and inflammation and I actually started to feel happy. My sleep improved and no more throwing my back out every couple of months. I slowly started making more changes. I cut out soda and drank more water as I started to learn about how the body works by what we put into our bodies. I started taking more intense workout classes like Les Mills classes and started to LOVE to workout. I started craving those endorphins my body released during a workout. 3 years ago, I decided to become a certified Dr. Sears Health Coach and became a certified Les Mills Instructor. Now I live to help people with their health! I have compassion and empathy for ones starting their health journey. I remember the struggles I went through, but I promise you, it WILL be worth it!
